Structure is not the same as busyness.

A full calendar is not a productive one. It is one of the most common mistakes I see — equating motion with momentum, and packed days with progress.
Real structure is quieter than that. It protects the work that actually moves things forward, and it pushes everything else to the edges, or off the plate entirely.
The clients who get the most out of working with me are the ones willing to let go of the idea that being available is the same as being effective. The shift is small, but everything downstream of it changes.
