When is the right time to hire a VA?

Most people wait too long. That is not a criticism — it is just what I observe. By the time someone reaches out about support, they have usually been managing the overflow themselves for months. Sometimes longer.
The reasoning tends to follow the same logic: things are not quite bad enough to justify it. There is always something more urgent. And somewhere, quietly, the belief that adding help will add complexity rather than remove it.
But the timing question is worth taking seriously. Because the cost of waiting is rarely the cost you think you are saving. It is the missed follow-ups, the late nights catching up on email, the meetings that should have been scheduled two weeks ago.
If you are reading this and recognising the pattern, you are probably already past the right time. The good news: starting now still changes the next six months entirely.
