How do we get started?+

Everything begins with a 30-minute introduction call. If the fit is right, a proposal follows within 48 hours and the work can begin within the week.

Where are you based?+

Between Amsterdam and Dubai, working with clients across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and beyond. The location changes. The standard doesn't.

Is everything confidential?+

Always. Discretion is the foundation of every client relationship, not an added layer. A mutual NDA is available upon request and signed before any access is shared if needed.

Can I adjust hours over time?+

Yes. Every retainer is reviewed each quarter and can scale up or down based on what your work actually requires at that point. The structure adapts as you do.

What if I need support outside standard hours?+

On-call availability is built into Bespoke retainers by design. For Foundations and Operations clients, urgent matters are handled the same business day, without exceptions.
