Your tools, your pace, your standards. I don't bring a system and ask you to adapt. I disappear into how you already operate.

The founder

The right support changes everything.

Founder of Lumina Assistance. - Brenda Bank

Lumina Assistance was built on a simple observation, made repeatedly over years of working closely with people who operate at the highest level. The difference between having the right support and not having it is never marginal. It shows up in how clearly someone thinks, how confidently they make decisions, and how much energy they have left for the work that actually moves things forward, not just the work that fills the day.

The foundation of my work is a background in environments where the standard was high and the margin for error was low. Complex international schedules, sensitive communication, and decisions that needed to happen quietly, correctly, and without friction. That experience didn't just shape the way work gets done. It shaped the level at which it gets done.

Support that is so reliable, so considered, and so attuned to how you work. That it becomes invisible and indispensable.

At Lumina Assistance I work with a small number of clients at any given time. Not as a limitation, but as a deliberate choice. The kind of attention my work requires cannot be divided indefinitely.

Wherever those clients are in the world, the standard stays the same.

What I stand for

The way I work. The standards I keep.

01

Discretion first

What moves through your world stays there. You'll never wonder what happens to sensitive information — because that question never needs to come up.

02

One step ahead

By the time something becomes urgent for you, it's already handled. That's not a promise — it's just how this works.

03

Built around you

Your tools, your pace, your (communication) standards. I don't bring a system and ask you to adapt. I weave into how you already operate, not the other way around.

04

No half-measures

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing exactly right. That applies to a three-line email as much as a complex travel itinerary.
